These people have threatened me because i canceled an order on hour after i place it thanks to usacomplaints.com, now i am getting threatening call and been told by doug he knows where I live, doug called me 18 times in 10 minuets first begging forgiveness then escalating to threatening to come down and kick my a*, because he now knows where i live. These people are out of touch with reality and should not be trusted to care or take care of the customer. I am sorry i ever took their call and would advise anyone that seeing 920 716-4188 or 800-223-3129 to block them. These calls are nothing more than terrorist threats and should be recorded and reported.
