Just looked at my March phone bill - had this charge from Dotted Line Media 'word for thought'. I have never in my life authorized any texts. Sprint refused to remove the charge, so I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
The last person at Sprint who refused to remove the charge was suppossedly a supervisor named Andrea - she claimed her id # was AMG1473. Hopefully someone from Sprint will see this and discuss what proper customer service is.
