On Friday, 04-20, I ordered (order # KST44) sneakers (Nike Air Max 1 Premium Clark Kent sz 10) from the online shop www.kixstop.com. I received a confirmation email.

In Tuesday, 04-24, I received an email from kixstop.com stating the following:
"Dear friend,
Thank you for your shopping on our website, and your order KST44 was successful, but sorry to inform you that the shoes your ordered (pls find the attachment) are out of stock, could you pls go to website to choose other items to replace them, then give us the link and size.
Sorry for inconvenience.
Thanks and best regards
C.S.D."

On 4-26-11, after not replying to the above email and therefor not choosing another item on their site, I received another email from Kixstop.com that stated the following:
"Hello,
Thank you for shopping with us online of our website: www.kixstop.com
Please note that your order number is: KST44, Your items have been shipped outalready! Your tracking number is: EE794230300CN
To track your order, please visit www.usps.com or http://www.ems.com. Cn/english-main. Jsp
Please also note that your tracking number may not work immediately.
The shipping network needs some time to update based on the volume of orders shipped out daily.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to begin working.
Estimated time of arrival is about 7 business days for ur item (s) to arrive at your door

After receiving this email, I was confused because only 2 days prior to this email, they emailed me that the item was out of stock..."so why would it be shipping now?", I asked myself. I sent them a message on their support email (not through my email address, but through their site). My reason for attempting to contact them was to confirm that the item that shipped was indeed the item I ordered. They never replied.

On 5-01-12, I received a package from Kixstop.com. I opened the box to realize they shipped the wrong item entirely. I did not receive the item I chose and was charged. I immediately contacted them via email (sent to creditcardpayservice@yahoo.com & retrojordansneakers@hotmail.com). I have not gotten a reply and according to their site, I only have 7 days to return the item.

Recap: I have been charged for an item I never received. They sent me another item instead. To return it, I would have to pay for shipping, but it doesn't look like they're providing a line of communication to even attempt to proceed with the return process, never mind get my money back.
