I received a check from this corporation for $930.79 with instructions to cash or deposit it and send Lisa Procter $500.00 within five days for her broker fee. If I did indeed send her the $500.00 I would then receive the rest of the $10,000 grant money ($9,070) by airmail express the next day. Ms. Procter stated she was an independent grant broker and could not take her commission out of the check sent to me.in the letter attached to the check I was to send her $500 commission by obtaining a Greendot Money Pak and if she did not receive the $500 I would be put up for collections and it would be reported negatively on my credit report.
