Received an email from this scam company. All sounded very legit and easy. When I tried to bid, the site told me I had to lodge some money which I did as I thought this paid for anything I was successful in purchasing. Then when I tried to bid again, I was told I had to buy bid packages. I emailed to try to get an explanation but nothing was clear. I phoned and as some other person mentioned, a sleepy sounded "person" spoke to me but was completely incoherent. I then asked to cancel the whole thing and was told it would cost for £28 to cancel. Bear in mind, I had never used the site. The bank cannot help and I have lost my money.
Don't know what to do!
It is a disgrace
