I called to place an order. Of course it's all automated. I placed an order for (2) who knew books. During the order process it says for an additional $14.00 do you want hardcover books? I thought yes, hard cover is better than soft cover. So I said yes. All total should have been like $39.00 Dollars. All the other offers for additional books and additinal whatever they were trying to sell I said NO NO NO. A week later I get 3 boxes of books, each box was its own seperate order number. Some books were soft cover some hard cover and a bill for $282.88. Which put my credit card over the limit (thank you very much TELE-BRANDS) I called customer service and of course inquired about all the books and the customer service person said you ordered all of them. I said, no I placed one order for 2 books, but upgraded to hard cover. She said Oh No, hard cover is a seperate order. I told her that their automated system should probably tell the consumer that. All she said to me was would you like a discounted price on those orders? I said NO. I want to return them ALL. Now I don't want any of them. I took all the books to UPS and shipped them back. That cost me an additional $50.00 Im on disability, with a very limited income. I do Not have $50.00 to toss in the trash (TELE-BRANDS). So of course now they get to keep what the shipping & handling costs were.
