I received a call from a David, badge no. 7217, phone number1-202-580-8490 and told congratulations you will receive $6,000 for education or whatever use such as medication, bills, etc.

I asked why did I have to pay $199? Why couldn't the money be sent to the school I wanted to go to? No answer.
He told me to go to a grocery store with photo id and $199 (11547 South Cottage Grove in Chicago. I told the supervisor who called 5 minutes later, that I couldn't go today. Call me back at 3 P.M. Tomorrow. He said ok, but it will cost you $50 more or $249.
