Prior to the date of 4/20 my husband and I were looking into how to obtain first time home buyers information, and all of a sudden we notice this to my husband's bank account, saying this was a $30.00 enrollment fee which we had never applied for. I really pray someone can stop these people from stealing from hardworking families just like ours, we can not afford to go through something like this.
