The check number is 2222 date April 27 Pay to the order of ILife Funding, LLC was deposit to Wells Fargo Bank. Memo on the check says Customer authorization obtained: 3/28 Payday Advance Enrollment - (866)-789-4025 The signature part says SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED.
