I was online applying for a payday and had not applied nor gave this company my information and noticed my account had been debited 30 without my permission which made my account go into a negative. I called my bank to dispute this transaction and called their phone number which stated" Due to high call value go their website and write your complaint or concern". I went to the website and of course is did not have anything to do with the funding company (www.support@ideaadvance.com) I am waiting to contact them and let them get a piece of my mind and hopefully my bank will credit my account.
