Ctf Store, An online line of credit for merchandise purchased through them

This morning when I was checking my bank account I noticed a transaction debited from my bank acct. From a company listed as (Consumer Trust). They debited 149.00 which in return put my account in the negative. I called the 1-800 number listed under their name and I was on hold for more than 20 mins. When I finally got connected to with someone by the name of "Linda Smith" she told me that they could not refund my money that I had to write to this address: Consumer Trust Financial

When I asked her why they took money from my account without permission she told me that when I had applied for a payday loan that I had signed up for their line of credit and agreed for that money to be taken out of my account. She said that it showed that the 149.00 had not posted, and I told her, "that it did." She said, "well it doesn't show with us for 49 days." When I asked if I could speak with a manager, she said that they were going to tell me the same thing - to write the address as listed above.

Needless to say, I did not authorize this transaction! Yes I did apply for a payday loan. I needed money! This defeated the purpose of me trying to get a loan, when they just stole money from me. This is not ok! I hope that they get caught. They are posing as someone else on the internet, so they can scam you!

Please be carefull of who you give your information to. I have learned my lesson! They will get what they have coming to them!
