Consumer Cellular lures you in with low pricing and no contracts but then gives you a phone with a known defect which leaves you stranded on the side of the road, at risk to any criminal preying on victims in disabled vehicles.
When you ask for a new phone, the scam is the additional $35.00.
Service is poor and customer service is pathetic.
