There is someone portraying to be male or female scamming people on Craigslist. A friend of mine has a truck for sale and I have an RV for sale. Both inquiries came from different email addresses but the story is very similar.

"He" talks of his military position and how the purchase would be a surprise gift for his son or his father and how Ebay will be used for the transaction. No shipping involved as he has a private courier that will pick up the item after the payment is made.
