On January 11 we signed an agreement with National Freedom Group Home Saver Legal Program in order to modify our current mortgage. To do so we were required to pay two installments totaling $1995.00. To obtain the $1995.00 they advised us to not pay our mortgage for 2 months and they would add the two months to the end of our new mortgage agreement. After mid February they ceased to take any interest in our modification. I have emailed and called them a number of times with no response. When I attempted to call they have an answering service stating no one is available to take any calls. I went on their website and they no longer have a current site. I am now past due on my mortgage and need a refund of $1995.00 to bring my mortgage current.
