I was charged $34.95 thru my PNC checking account by this firm which was said to be an appliciation fee. I did not authorize this charge and have called them four times to secure a refund which their rep assured me was forthcoming each time I called. Still no refund. This is a scam. The amount is not large but my only source of income is social security so I do need the money. I will appreciate any pressure you can level against this firm that will, perhaps, lead to me getting my refund. At the least they should be put out of business to prevent them from ripping off more senior citizens, etc.
