After remaining firm throughout, protesting the $99.00 that was charged without my knowledge (having discovered it on my online bank statement same day) the
so-called "manager" finally agreed to refund 75% of this rip-off to me, after first offering a 50% refund.in no way, shape or form was he willing to grant me a full refund 'tho I am on Social Security, did not click on any box stating that I had seen their "Terms and Conditions". No amount of pleading worked, even though
I did not knowingly agree to the $99.00 fee that they were quick to remove from my checking account! This company is a scam and a rip-off. Do not use this company. They will be reported to the BBB by me for sure. Beware!
