I signed up for a month’s trial. The site was useless. I did not realise that when signing for the month’s trial I had to advise them in writing that I no longer wanted to continue. On 17 April they took $242.35 out of my bank account using the details I had provided to pay the trial fee thereby rendering me unable to pay my mortgage this month and liable for bank charges
