I am unable to resolve an issue with furniture that was delivered damaged. The furniture was 480 dollars. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone, with all attempts either rerouted, dropped, or on hold for over 35 mintues! At first I wanted to simply replace the part that was damaged. Now I want this off my bill and out of my home!
