Ecieved a used phone

I am a new Metro customer and might be taken my buisness else where. I bought huawei android well after 7-10 days I relized I was dropping calls phone was freezing. Phone would just shut off. I brought my concerns to the store I purchased and also stupidly bought new phone and added another line. They reassured me a new phone I had to pay 10 dollars for shipping and handeling ok fair right. Yah well I waited went in paid my bill picked up new phone ya right refurbished phone up at the right hand top corner a bright yellow patch looks like dropped 100 times. Ok so i pay for my plans on time. I have xtras music insurance purchase a "new" defective phone and recieve a used and abused one back. I am about to take the loos of the 400 you took from me and go some where else. This is not right by any means.
