Apparently as your agent said, my number got on this sight to answer some trivial questions. Not knowing this happened I was getting questions on my phone to which I would delete immediatley as I didn't understand what was going on. I'm sixty years old and my husband is 73 and we do not go into these sights and my husband does not use my computer. We're the only 2 people in this household so it's not possible that we did this. The end result is I was charged 59.00 for these questions that I would not and did not answer. Telus Mobility has taken this off my phone but I'm still being charged for these messages. Please refund the 59.00 back to me. I really can't afford something like this. Thank you for your time.
