Cancellation

This company handles clearing up credit reports which is fine the arises when you try to cancel out. When i signed up in the kit you receive you get a letter to send back to them when you want to cancel service. I sent the letter back to them the end of March. They are saying that they never receive the letter. Of course their is no way of proving this but I never received the letter back and it did have a return address on it. I just brleive this is a way of them to take out extra payments. The other problem I have with them is that I placed my account on hold for several months and they were not to start it back up until they notified me
