This company claims that you have won millions of dollars, and ask you to send in a fee of twenty dollars. Two weeks later you will be sent four or five claim letters that look official, but the they are not. Each of the claim letters ask that you send them an additional twenty dollar fee each. Please don't send this company money. You do not have to send money to win money. The lottery don't ask you to pay a fee before they pay you what you won.
