I have been being billed $14.99 a month for the past few months from this company. I think this company is extremely deceptive and are preying on people who are not tech savvy. I'm not sure how I was signed up for this bogus monthly supscription in the first place. If you take a look at the Sprint discussion forums you will see that this is a major problem and hundreds of unsuspecting mobile phone users are being duped. As 'legal' as this may technically be I believe it is fraud through and through. They should be required to be a lot more transparent about their charges. I believe they know exactly what they are doing but don't care because the can't get in trouble for it.
