My 14 year old son used my mother's debit card without permission on 4/12 made 2 charges of $19.99 each. On 2/11,2/14,2/16 he also used a mastercard account without permission for 3 charges $19.99 each. The name on both cards is Evelyn M. Hooper... I am her POA... Trequita H. Trials. I am requesting
that no other charges be put on either card and if possible to have her money returned. The Mastercard # is (Personal Information Removed). Please send a response to (Personal Information Removed)
