I have had a query from yourselves about someone trying to change my pass which I cannot find at present
It is mainly used with my Mastercard (Personal Information Removed) with LTSB account (Personal Information Removed) and that very seldom - hence my inability to remember passwords
On submitting the form which you asked me to download I have the message 'account suspended'
i would like to know what is going on as I have not used pay plan recently and the password you quoted was unknown to me
