I paid in full for the Baseball digest for my Grandson. I have never received nor can I get anyone on the phone. I have sent a fax and no response. I thought I was helping a local student but instead got scammed by these people. Since there was evidently no book to purchase and I have been unsuccessful in getting my money back I have gotten so frustrated with them I can't see straight.
