I had two charges on my account (12/23 and 1/24) that I didn't authorize. It was supposedly for a discount travel club. I called numerous times and couldn't get through. Spoke to an actual person on two separate occasions and each time they told me they would reverse the charges. THat was over 2 months ago and I haven't been reimbursed at all.
