I don't recalled the date but, a while back I needed a telephone of a colleage. They offer a free trial for 7days, I decline and instead I paid for one time access but, today 02/02
discovered a recurring charge on my bank statement and it was an unathourized charge for the following: 10/12, $39.95, again 10/12 for $14.95,11/14. $14.95,12/12, $14.95, and 01/13 for $14.95, I didn't have previous statement on hand so this were the ones I verified. I called the recurring acct infopeoplesmart.com at 1-888-455-2792 (NE), I spoke with a rep name Phillip and after 11mins and 2 seconds he was able to find my account and told me that the charges started on November (not they started before that). He said he was sorry and that all he could do is offer a refund of 60days, he didn't specified the amount but, I told him make sure this charges stop. He didn't give me a confirmation number for the cancellation. I called back and rep name Sack answer and I told him that I had called earlier and spoke with Phillip and I need to know when is this refund taking place and a confirmation number that it was cancelled, he gave me number 241431268 as the confirmation. I called my bank and they couldn't credit my acct because it was a debit card but, offer to cancel the debit card to prevent further charges.
