I decided to try the trial for Auravie. I never received the product and then i got a letter in the mail stating that i owed $97.88. I called customer service, to explained that i never received the product and what should i do. They were very rude to me and preety much told me, that's my problem and kept explaining over and over about the terms and condtions. I try to explain, how can i pay for something i never RECIEVED... Now i don't know what to do. Don't buy from these people. They tell you one thing, and it's really something else.
