Miscellaneous

I also have been scammed by this company, thinking I was getting a "free trial", paying only $1.02 for the S/H of it. Then I get a charge of $97.88 on my credit card 2 weeks later & another $97.88 charge on it 1 month later, BEFORE receiving another box of product that I never ordered! I have been getting the run-around with them since, have not received any confirmation of my several requests of cancellation of the so-called "membership" that was attached to the "free-trial offer" (never saw anything about any committment to any membership when ordereing that!). I sent them e-mails thru their site (support@auravie.com) & then sent e-mails to that address from my personal e-mail account w / a request for notification of them being received & read by them, and have not received any such notofications. I've asked the credit card company to help handle this dispute, and the auravie rep told me that in order to receive any money back, I have to cancel that dispute request - doesn't sound legal to me!
