Dead Sea Premie
Consumer Report

Miscellaneous

I purchased some cometics of the Dead Sea Premier products and after using the Moisture Complex it cause me to get a rash, so I went down to Arden Fair shop center to return the products and the girl at the booth her name was Natali D, after talking to her albout the allegic reaction to the product, she made a call and was told by her supervisor that I needed to email my concerns to CS@gennesiss-retail.com, which of course was not a good email, so I looked at the receipt for an address or a phone number and there was no address and they had a phone number 617-910-7794, which I called and there was no answer and I left a message and no one has call me yet. When I purchased the product there were no signs on the booth that said no refunds and or exchanges, but when I went to get the refund the women pulled out a sign, from underneath the booth that said no refunds or exchanges.
