A man called me today Saturday April 21 stating I owed a loan that I have not paid for 391 and because I have not paid it I have accumulated interest fees and lates which has gotten it to700 dollars. The man waited 250 dollars today or they were going to summons me Monday and arrest me for check fraud and check deception this man stated my bank and my street address and knew the name of my employer. I realized something was wrong when my amountI owed kept changing and they said I would have to potentially pay 5000 dollars I also knew it was problem when I asked for their law firm name and a woman didnt want to give it and when they couldnt tell me who the client was that was suing me.
