These scammers start by telling you in an email lies from the very start. They say and this is how stupid the Chinese are, new members/buyers cannot use Paypal because they are new and must prove thmselves? Has anyone ever heard of such (Personal Info Removed)? Except from our former president george w bush.
I have been using Paypal since 1999 and building websites since 1993.
These scammers will be charged with FRAUD, Theft, and Bait & Switch tactics. The Chinese have no consumer laws. But, and I have been to China 8 times for business they do "lose Face" so, our goal must be to dishonor them and make them appear weak.
