Miscellaneous

After being contacted by timeshare investors my wife and i sent a check to them,
We received another call saying there was an opening for a closing in June but it was different, so we sent another check so as to be in on that closing. The
closing never happened and I called and was told not to worry that they would have my points sold. They took the deposits and combined them on one contract.
My wife is looking for the checks in her check book now. $4200.00 was the amount that was supposed to refundable at closing. I wrote a letter to the Attorney Generals office in Texas and received a letter back from Greg Abbott stating they don't represent individuals in personal civil matters. This was from the consumer protection division. The attorney generals office gave me a file # H398520. I thought they were lidgit and even sent them a few items from Florida. The address that the items were sent to was different. They moved to a bigger office supposedly at 2800 Post Oak Blvd suite 4100, Houston Texas 77056. I ended up with two product codes, the first was NAB-3998 and the
second was BF-6546. The first had Leon Aved and Lauren Taylor the second was Brian Fantana, He was the one that said he could close on June 13th if we sent the additional money. Over the period of the year i talked with Nick Charles and then Ira Meadows. About a month before my yearly contract was up i received a call from Ira Meadows stating that they definitely would have my points sold. Not long after that the telephones (1-832-3773311) quit working and that was
the end of the story. I can be contacted at my E-mail address (Personal Info Removed) or by telephone at (Personal Info Removed). My name is Johnny Miller.
