Was contacted by a man named Nick Charles. Claimed T.I.A. Had a buyer for my pionts and it was a group sale to some Austrialian buyers that they had sold to before. They said there was no upfront advertisment fee and all the cost would be on the buyer. But I'd have to put up a security deposit of $11,750.00 to insure I'd not sell the points to anyone else. Also they said this would be the only fee involved. Almost immediately[May] the first buyer fell thru. But they said they had a backup buyer that was like the first buyer was susposed to be ; a sure sell, or as they put it a done deal.in July another man which was one of two men [ Leon Abbott, and Bryan Santana] that did the recordings, called me and hit me up for a $9,875.00 retainer fee. This resulted in me getting upset; telling him there was to be no more charges than the initial $ 11,750.00 and to have Nick Charles to call me. He said Nick Charles worked for him. That proved to be true. Nick Charles claimed all the other 136 people had paid this fee.in this call it was proven to me that this wasn't a done deal. Also when I went to deliver the contract in person I asked to talk to Nick Charles who had just told me he was in Las Vegas. The receptionist told me she'd see if he could talk to me. When she come back she said he was in a meeting. This was at the Chasewood Bank Bldg. Located at 20333 state Hwy 249; suite 200; Houston, TX. 77070.
In a few days my contract will expire. If they sell it OK. If they don't and they fail to meet the terms of the contract; I plan to file money estortion; mis-representation; and since I wired this money; wire fraud charges. And thats what everyone else should do also.
