Unitek USA Illegal and unethical employment practices

DirectSAT USA/Unitek USA is a ripoff company. They do not pay their employees for overtime. They keep employees on a sliding payscale with punishment for satellite installs that customers cancel (even if it is before the tech arrives or if the tech is not informed about the cancellation), installs that cannot happen because there is no line of site, customer callbacks (if a customer calls because they can't get their TV or Satellite Box to come on or any other ridiculous reason this goes against the tech that installed their system, many times the problem is that the customer pushed a device button on the remote and didn't know it and the tech is penalized for this). The company continually finds ways to keep tech wages as low as possible, techs on average will put in 10 to 12 hour days but have to show it as an 8 hour day in order to keep their wages from dropping to $8 per hour and their days off change on a regular basis. Techs never get 2 days in a row off and their vacation is calculated by hours actually worked (this is also a rip off for employees because the tech may be work 60 to 72 hours a week but only able to show 40 hours per week to keep their hourly rate up so their vacation is accumulating based on the 40 hours per week not the hours actually worked). The company also practices illegal work practices for injured employees. My husband was injured on the job and filed a work injury claim. The company accepted responsibility for the injury and approved surgeries and treatment for a year. After a year of surgeries, therapy, treatments, and medication it was determined that a second surgery was needed, suddenly the company decided the injury was not work related, quit paying medical bills ordered my husband back to work even tho he was still under a doctors care with restrictions for no work. 6 weeks later the company terminated my husbands employment and did not notify my husband that he was terminated. Do not work for this company!!!
