I too found that this company drafted money out of my account 4 consecutive months without my consent. I don't even know who these people are and definitely did not authorize monthly charges on my credit card. Unfortunately, I wasn't thoroughly checking my account made it that much easier for them. I found out who was charging the credit card and their contact phone # and called six times on a Wednesday afternoon and was on hold and nobody answers the phone. Three of the six calls a message comes up as if to stop incoming calls to an agent and to leave a message.
