I ordered the free trial which I was charged $4.99 instead of the$2.99 that was offered, then checked my bank statement and saw I had been charged an additional $84.86. When calling customer service they said it was in the terms and conditions that I would be charged. I don't remember reading that and will not order another thing I see advertised. I would like to get my money back. I also explained to them I have not opened the free trial pkg but they would not accept it. This has to be the biggest scam I've seen yet. And don't get sucked into the Kollagen Intensive, it's the same thing. I hope you can help me. Thank You!
