I am from South Africa. Trusted the site when I saw they have a Cape Town contact nr. For order enquiries. Ordered on-line, paid the R1400 plus for the order. Even paid the additional money for standard delivery 4-8 days. After 14 workdays I e-mailed them, received a generic e-mail, informing me the order has been processed. After another week, did the same. Also phoned the call desk nr.in Cape Town. They promised to follow-up and phone me back. Needless to say, nothing happened. It is now 4 weeks. Still no order, and also no reply on any of my e-mail queries.
