I ordered and paid on line 3 bottles Nuvoryn to the amount of R958,00 on the 18th April with a promise of delivery within 5 - 12 days. I have sent numerous emails to sales@nuvoryn.Co. Za, enquiring as to when I will receive the order, also requesting a tracking number to trace the order but to no avail - I phoned the Cape Town Number of 021-300 2301 and "Syed" in the UK answered the phone - taking down my concerns/complaint - he could not provide any assistance as to the whereabouts of my order-said it would take a couple of business days to respond - he can only pass the information on. I was shocked when I checked on the Internet to see how many complaints have been lodged regarding non-delivery - also not receiving any money back (which is also by the way guaranteed in the on-line advert) - this seems to be a scam!!!
