Retaliatory Reprisal / Used Tenant For Harassment / Stalking

Plaintiff Stipulates Claim:

That resulting from a 2 year period exercising his legal tenant rights at the rental property call "Bayanihan House" on Sixth Street, against unethical practices and "deliberate indifference" ; used against him and his property... Resulted to various acts of intentional retaliatory reprisal, which violation both my civil rights as person of color and American with Disability Act deemed as discriminatory reprisal in treatment...

Such relied on tactical applied “psychological used inflictions" not only cause added suffering trauma suffering already experience to other prior circumstance, breach my "renter” contract as pretext for use force move or retaliatory eviction.in using these forms applied, said tactics carried out daily (organize stalking, harassment, intimidation techniques, extreme late night nuisance distractions) to intentionally depriving plaintiff of sleep several days at a time.

Party acting under the silent interest of management as planted provocateur agent named "Tamika", move next door to me approximately 6 month. There after every day the above describe techniques were used daily. Over a period of time the mental (psychic) effects are deemed most threatening to a person who already had a history life threaten experiences.

Since both named parties mention above and others, had and have personal access of soliciting confidential data records about particular tenants of interest, the pattern of the daily used methods of applied inflictions carried out and continue being administered are neither by consequence.

Since I personally never known Tamika prior before she was planted next door to me further make it obvious, that her sudden carried out aggression didn't add up since have always ignored her presence and was busy completing my education at CCSF-Mission.

After this first sign of consistent frequent behavior patterns of described techniques from November to December immediately complaints were filed and delivered intentionally ignored and promise to be looked into, yet never did... However once Tamika recognize that I wasn't going to tolerate her co opt activities of both human rights and civil rights violations as tenant, nor allow her to drive me from my residents.

At the same time Unfortunately incurred violations by insubordinate employees continue to fester since February this further illustrate to me that I was intentionally being driven from my residence prejudicially. Therefore more applied pressure by both employees and neighbor to invoke and provoke reactionary hostility was and continue as the pretext scheme of successfully fabricating pretense that I am problematic and delusional.

Though unfortunately on their behave constant cover-up reprisals against me and my property at random again neither went ignored and non-compensated nor replace as result from insubordination.

Recently I filed complaints since the harassment became more extreme, which I pointed out enforce of policies that are CLEARLY POSTED up. Again their non-response of enforcing a posted up rule policy demonstrate to me, not only discriminatory treatment, though more so a wanton act of neglect. Such neglect has added further incurred psychological traumas injury suffered from the various inflicted pains... (Property damages, sleep deprivation, unlawful trespassing, and lost of skillful employment opportunities and joint adventure projects).

Not only has this daily inflicted retaliatory reprisal scheme, disrupt my livelihood and rack family and community ties. But more so injured my chances of opportunity to successful relocate, due to the constant disruption and psychological inflictions

Its no doubt in my mind that Tamika was intentionally planted next door to me for said purpose as provocateur agent, and her goal was to sabotage, destroy and hinder my progress and purpose for housing at the "Bayanihan House." Personally I show one the mention parties what my goal was, and he personally did everything to prohibit from coming to pass.

I file this claim not merely seeking vindication rights lost, but for grounds of both human rights and civil rights deprived and continue going deprive by the same vindictive parties held liable for their criminal behaviors.

Remedy Sought: Plaintive seek what is lawful deemed as urgent protocol remedy from his pain and emotional suffering, inflicted by his next door neighbor “Tamika” used as provocateur agent to carry out vindictive and “ill will” behavior in violation with posted Up rule policy.
