Violation of Tenant Rights to Organize a Tenant Association

At 1:13pm on December 6 two members of management telephoned police to report that I was trespassing and solicitating on the property. I have one witness and a photograph of the individual on a golf cart who was yelling at me to stop and that I could not talk to other tenants.
She phoned the Mesa Police Department in my presence on her cell phone.
I had covered three buildings and spoke with several tenants who were very excited about forming a tenant association. They were excited that someone had information on who to contact regarding the complaints they had. I gave them a list of government agencies and consumer groups who may assist them as well as my email address to contact me.
I have stopped for fear that I will be arrested for trespassing based on this person's statement. If arrested I will lose my job due to bonding.
