I received a mail offer to extend my TV Guide subscription. The offer was one year for app.$8.00, or two years for $15.61. It also offered a free travel bag if the subscription was filled by a certain time. I took the two year offer and mailed a check for $15.61. Yesterday the free bag came, and also an invoice billing me $46.00 to "pay off" the subscription. Nowhere in the original offer did it mention or suggest anything was owed beyond the $15.61 I paid.
