I have a No Contract phone. Regardless of the pupose of a text, each text—in/out—are charged at $. 25 cent.

Therefore, I feel to be sent an unsolicited text is for the sole purpose of FRAUD, myself and/or the general public.

This practice of using/sending out unsolicited texts should be stopped and/or penalized by any company/persons involved in it's usage.
