I ordered offer from Radialabsdirect £5.95 and Dermalift sp £29.95 and paid x card.
If you did not want to continue with the product, you had to notify them within 18 days. Their telephone number was incorrectly printed. I finally tracked them through my bank when they attempted to take a second payment.

My bank was able to stop this and gave me a correct contact number. I spoke to someone at this number who promised that the charge would be withdrawn.
As this was on my Statement I contacted them again, they informed me that they were able to charge the full price (of which I was not aware) as I had not contacted them within the 18days. RISK IN CARE HAS NOW TAKEN ON A NEW MEANING, as a Silver server I shall not be caught again. Anon.
