I ordered a product from this company originally in March and got a confirmation dated 25/03. My bank account was debited for the above amount on 29/03 and the product arrived. On 01/05 my account was debited a further £29.95 which was unsoliceted. The product arrived and I thought I may as well keep the product (a skin rejuvenation cream for my partner). I then looked at various web sites regarding Dermalift and was aware of various posts warning about the company so, I tried phoning them to say I did not want any more of their products but the number given on their so called sites was unobtainable, emails to the email address were undelivered and the only way I got any answeer was to be put on hold on a number in the USA.
I then began to check the company and found various addresses in the UK so wrote to all of them stating I did not want any more of their goods and not to take any more payments. One letter I sent as "Special Delivery" with the Royal Mail, on 23/05 which guaranteed delivery the next day and the letter could be tracked. I did track it and found it was delivered on the morning of 24/05. I checked my bank account the next day to find a debbit had been made in favour of Dermalift Sp at 16.01 on 24/05 which was later than they had received my letter, therefore this company are acting fraudulently. My bank has been informed and will be taking action and I am now contacting the Fraud Squad to try to stop this company doing this again. One director, Raoul Armando Behr is listed. He is involved in a number of companies with unspecific trading, he is given as a resident of the Netherlands Antilles. Addresses of Dermalift Sp are in Crawley, Bushey Heath and Regent Street. Behr is also involved at an address in Harley Street, he is also a director of Rejuvenex Rx who with Dermalift Sp advertised on Yahoo. The sales method is something known as "bait-and-switch" and is I believe illegal.
I would strongly advise any one tempted by their offers and claims to look at the companies, their claims and the commendations which are unsubstantiated and are more than likely ficticious.
I will be taking further action against this company and Mr Behr.
