I cancelled my account 2 weeks ago. However they charged me. They are refusing to refund my money, stating because the free account part was still there. I have saved pages saying my account was closed due to non payment. Spoke with a woman 2 days ago saying charges would be cancelled. My bank had payment on hold for 3 days. They put the payment thru any way. I have documentation proving my position. Anybody else has any documention send copies to the attorney General in the U.S. Lets shut them down or make legal costs a problem. Also since I cancelled by phone I can't delete my account. They keep making offers. After so many of there offers the option to delete disapears.
