Lbc express, a courier, who has always boasted itself as "hari ng padala" had stupidly lost my documents intended for passport processing. How despicable that i wont be able to know such damn occurrence if i have not been so insistent myself in following it up! No voluntary calls, not even texts came from them unless i made the first move!!! How detestable!!! Imagine their office's 3-week hibernation i had even to flare-up before they finally revealed the loss!!! I was so damned-at-ease i thought at the time my documents were safely delivered to tel-ppt for immediate passport pre-processing when all the while their idiot staff/employee had already lost them only god knew where! And not even advising me immediately! What an outright negligence!!! They were just like sitting ducks there doing nothing! A "refund" is all they could brag of! A "refund" which they thought could make their aggrieved customers happy and pacified! Had they really thought their negligence and carelessness is solicitously settled through a "refund" of money??? What about the lost days??? The hopeless waiting??? Well, a damned refund could never make-up for the lost days!!! Could it??? Damn your company for the delay and trouble you have caused me!!!
