My boyfriend and I were looking on pennysaverusa.com for siberian husky puppies in chicago, Illinois. We came across this one post by dseville. It states the puppies were free so I sent them an email. They then told us "
Even if this was a matter of sending the puppies to you so you can pay even next week after receiving the puppies, i would have done so on your behalf but the puppies can NOT travel to you without the switch of the change of ownership document from my names to your names.
If i had the money, i would just pay without you knowing it but got short of money of recent because i had to buy certain things that i promised the puppies will be coming with including a one week food sample so that you will have to feed them for the whole of this week before thinking of buying them any food
All i have now is about $80 which is our food money for these days.
