They advertised a 60 day money back guarantied when you order a bottle for $5.95. After 20 days of having ordered (from those 20 days it took 6 days to received the product) they sent me more products, charging my credit card an additional 89.90. When I called them I mentioned the 60 day money back guarantied and I had not seen any changes on my face. She immediately offered a discount of $24.00 for the products. I declined! She further told me that everybody is different and some people needed two month to see results and if after 20 days of ordering Vivexin they didn't hear from you they will immediately send you products. So, I told her that she was contradicting herself. "You stated, it can take up to 2 months to see results, yet 14 days (20-6) after you are sending more products and charging to my credit card. So really, how does 60 days money back guaranty works??? I ask her for instruction to return the product. She stated that the only way to return the products were unopened packet and I had to pay for a tracking number and call them back to give them the number. It cost me $3.31 to sent the unopened packet back. However, when I call them back to give the tracking # they told me they were able to return only $78.00 because of $11 shipping. Does that make sense? I pay $3.31 for the same package via same shipment method. It is 4/15, I am still waiting for the money back into my account.
